We provide 1 year warranty for new original items, 3 months warranty for used/second hand items. sometime would provide something without warranty. (all warranty problem would negotiate ready before order)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it without broken, and the warranty label must undamaged.

If your return is accepted, please prepare ready the return items with careful package to avoid broken during shipping. after returned, please provide the tracking number so that we can track the items

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.You’ll also need send us the pictures or video to help you solve problem.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we would return money . Please remember it would take some time for your bank or paypal.
